My Homepage

My homepage allows to set up the link to your website. Your webpage can be shared with your peers in the course and can be edited any time you want to. You can either create your homepage using D2L Utility or upload an existing homepage.

Create New Homepage
  1. From My Home, in the Welcome Box, click My Homepage. The My Homepage box appears (refer to Figure 1).
  2. Click New icon. A new file window will appear.
  3. Enter the filename for your homepage. Click Create button.
  4. Once the file is created, you have various options as follows:
    1. View: View you homepage by clicking on the filename title.
    2. Edit: Edit the homepage by clicking on the icon.
    3. Rename: Rename by clicking beside the filename title.
    4. Delete: Delete by clicking icon.
    5. Homepage Sharing: You may share the homepage by clicking on the icon.
  5. Click back button to go back to my home.
Upload Existing Page
  1. From My Home, in the Welcome Box, click My Homepage. The My Homepage box appears (refer to Figure 1).
  2. Click Upload icon. An upload file window will appear.
  3. Browse the file that you wish to upload. Click upload button.
  4. Once you have uploaded your homepage, you have following options:
    1. View: View you homepage by clicking on the filename title.
    2. Rename: Rename by clicking beside the filename title.
    3. Delete: Delete by clicking icon.
    4. Homepage Sharing: You may share the homepage by clicking on the icon.
  5. Click back button to go back to my home.
